The Centre for Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw have a great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 6th International Conference on Entrepreneurship which will be held in Warsaw, on October the 22nd and 23rd, 2020.

The 6th edition of the conference will take place on the 22nd and 23rd of October 2020 at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. (1/3, Szturmowa street, Warsaw, postal code: 02-678). 


Important dates and information

Abstract  submission deadline:

First round: June 5th 2020

Second round: July 31th 2020

Third round: TBA

Information about abstract acceptance will be sent to theauthors within 14 days since the date of abstract submission.

An abstract should not exceed 1 page and should include:

a) research problem and aim(s) of the paper,

b) research methods employed,

c) short literature review,

d) results and discussion, 

e) key words.


Final Paper Submission Deadline: August 20th 2020.

The reviews will be sent to the paper authors within the month of the full paper submission date. (Please note that due to editorial requirements we are not able to extend this deadline!)

Early Bird payment deadline: September 4th 2020.

Standard Payment date: from September 5th until October 2nd 2020.


Publication outlets and opportunities
The full version of the paper should be submitted to:

After receiving two positive reviews, the papers will be published in:

  • Special section of “Management Issues” (Problemy Zarządzania - 20 p. MNiSW)
  • Research Reports” (Studia i Materiały - 20 p. MNiSW)
  • Monograph book published by Faculty of Management University of Warsaw, in case a minimum number of chapters in collected.

The submitted papers should not be more than 25 – 40 thousand signs (including spaces). All papers sent should meet the editorial requirements of „Management issues”, which are available on the website.


Selected conference papers will be invited for submission to the following journals where they will undergo fast-track reviewing process:

Full package includes:

  • Conference materials
  • Publication (after two positive reviews)
  • Lunches and coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday
  • Gala Dinner on Thursday

The Early birds - until September 4th 2020, after that date all charges are counted as Standard fee.

Conference venue - map and transportation

Warsaw can be easily accessed, there are direct flights from almost every major European city, US and Canada, operated by Lot Polish Airlines, as well as many European carriers (for details please visit Warsaw Airport homepage). There is also a possibility to travel by train from various European cities.

In Warsaw, there are multiple ways to access the conference venue:

  1. TAXI – from centrally located hotels it costs about 10 – 15 Euro.
  2. Metro – Currently there are only two lines in Warsaw; To get to the Faculty, you need to use the first line. From the stations like Świętokrzyska, Centrum, Politechnika (or any other between MŁOCINY and WILANOWSKA) take a train in the KABATY direction to the station SŁUŻEW. Then walk for about 10-15 minutes or take a bus (number 189, 193 or 410) to the stop BELDAN.
  3. Bus – there are direct buses from the Old Town and Central Train Station (174, to the stop ORZYCKA) and from Ursynow district (Bus 193, to the stop ORZYCKA)
